02Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused or gently used
  • Returned with its original packaging
  • Initiated within 30 days of purchase

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs: We'll email you a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

05Quality Issues? We'll Make It Right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original.
