An observational participant series documenting individual experiences following personalized Allow Nourishment skincare protocols. Participants complete an intake assessment, receive an individualized routine, submit weekly questionnaires, provide photographs throughout the observation period, and complete a final evaluation. These reports summarize participant-reported experiences and photographic observations. They are not controlled clinical trials.
Participant AN-011 enrolled on May 28, 2026 for a six-week observation. Five years earlier, menopause and cancer medication had turned skin that was once oily and acne-prone into skin that was dry, sensitive, and reactive to nearly everything she tried on it.
Summary
“You made me throw out my entire skin care routine. What I thought was a natural route had nothing compared to Allow’s products.”
Presenting concerns
S.R. enrolled seeking a simplified natural routine after menopause and cancer medication dramatically changed her skin. She hoped to improve hydration, soften fine lines, reduce jawline sagging, and improve scar appearance — while avoiding harsh ingredients.
“Nearly anything bought at Ulta or Sephora now dries it out too. I try to stay as natural as possible because of my medical history.”
Baseline assessment
Her individualized protocol

Morning and evening routines were individualized from the participant’s intake assessment. Four products, $105 total.

Week by week
Weeks 1–2
Within the first two weeks, S.R. reported noticeably improved hydration, less irritation, and healthier skin despite sun exposure. She described her skin as feeling hydrated but not greasy, and observed an improvement in redness and overall skin health.
“Love the moisture in my skin. Even after spending a day in the sun my skin feels great!”
“Even after being in the sun, my face is well hydrated.”
Weeks 3–6
During the second half of the observation period she reported smoother skin texture, improvement in scars and fine lines, younger-looking skin, balanced oil production, and continued hydration through hot weather.
“My skin has never felt better — not only hydration without feeling greasy, but also the texture.”
“I always thought exfoliating is how you got smooth skin, but turns out it’s just proper moisturizer.”
“My face has never felt better! Fine lines feel like they are disappearing around my eyes and neck.”
Final assessment
S.R. completed the study with 100% compliance and rated her overall skin improvement 5/5. She reported zero breakouts, less redness, smoother texture, softer forehead and eye lines, and healthier skin overall.

“Aging and medication has turned my oily acne prone skin of my youth to more dry skin.”
“My skin feels young again! The texture is smooth, no breakouts and less wrinkles.”
Researcher discussion
Weekly questionnaires and participant narratives documented progressive improvements in hydration, barrier support, skin texture, redness, scar appearance, and fine lines. The participant consistently noted that her skin remained comfortable and balanced without excessive oiliness, even during prolonged sun exposure and summer heat.
